Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting is required; master's or advanced degree is desired.
CPA is required.
Five (5)+ years’ experience providing financial statement auditing services in a professional services firm is desired.
Two (2)+ years’ supervisory experience is desired.
Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.
Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, and maintain commitment to learning and quality.

Responsibilities

Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing assurance services to industry clients.
Proactively manage fieldwork to ensure quality and timely delivery of results.
Provide financial statement guidance and business recommendations based on testing and information gathered.
Mentor and coach staff to develop technical and professional skills.
Collaborate with leadership to grow client engagements and maintain profitability targets.
Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit to network internally and with clients.
