Job summary

Swindoll, Janzen, Hawk & Loyd, LLC is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead meaningful client relationships and guide teams across engagements in Kansas. You’ll own engagements from planning through completion while maintaining a sustainable pace for your career and life.

In this role you’ll review financial statements, mentor associates, manage budgets and timelines, and partner with firm leadership to continually enhance client service.

Qualifications

• With over five years of public accounting audit experience (EBPs & Non-Profit a plus).
• Active CPA status is required.
• Ownership mindset and enjoyment in developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements from planning through completion.
• Build and manage strong client relationships with local organizations and businesses.
• Review financial statements and related disclosures.
• Coach, mentor, and develop associates and seniors.
• Manage engagement timelines, budgets, and overall client experience.
• Partner with firm leadership to continuously improve processes and client service.
