Job summary

Manta Search is seeking an Audit Manager to lead engagement teams, oversee audits, and manage client relationships across a diverse client base. You will ensure adherence to GAAP/GAAS and firm quality standards while mentoring staff and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• CPA required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field required.
• 6–8 years of audit experience in public accounting, including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS and related frameworks.
• Experience managing multiple engagements and client relationships.
• Proficient with audit software, MS Office, and accounting software.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills; able to develop a team.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mentor audit staff and seniors with regular coaching and feedback.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Participate in proposal development and business development activities.
• Support recruiting and training initiatives for the audit department.

What We're Looking For

• CPA Certificate required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Minimum of 6 to 8 years of audit experience in public accounting, including supervisory experience.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and other relevant accounting and auditing frameworks.
• Experience managing multiple engagements and client relationships simultaneously.
• Proficient with audit software, MS Office, and accounting software.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
