Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

A Professional Services firm is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as an Audit Manager with SEC experience. This role will follow a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Execute daily audit activities for SEC-registered clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit services
• Manage client engagements from start to finish, including planning, executing, directing, and closing audit projects within budget
• Maintain up-to-date technical expertise to effectively oversee staff on audits, compilations, reviews, and tax-related assignments
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on tax projects; evaluate staff performance during engagement reviews and assume in-charge responsibilities as needed
• Examine financial statements, accounting records, supporting documents, and physical assets to verify accuracy and compliance
• Prepare, organize, and maintain thorough working papers to support audit findings
• Draft clear, concise, and accurate audit reports for client and regulatory use
• Collaborate effectively within team environments, providing leadership and guidance to ensure successful project completion
• Perform other duties, as needed
