Fidelity Investments is seeking an Audit Manager to assess risks and controls across financial processes and technology. The role covers ITGCs, ITACs, IPEs, and integrated audits within a financial services environment.
You will lead risk assessments, test controls, and guide remediation with business and IT partners, presenting findings to senior management in written and oral form. Onsite work model applies as Fidelity transitions regions and roles.

Assesses relevant risks and key controls supporting the firm's financial processes and systems through integrated audits. Evaluates financial controls through integrated reviews of key business units and strategic initiatives. Advises on systems of recording costs or other financial and budgetary data. Identifies and assesses technological risks and provides advice to management with regard to mitigation of these risks.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Accounting, Management Science, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and three (3) years of experience as an Audit Manager (or closely related occupation) evaluating and executing financial statement reporting risks management through an integrated approach, focusing on technology controls in a financial service environment.
Or, alternatively, Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Accounting, Management Science, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and one (1) year of experience as an Audit Manager (or closely related occupation) evaluating and executing financial statement reporting risks management through an integrated approach, focusing on technology controls in a financial service environment.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
