You will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring high-quality service and guiding business and process improvements for privately held companies. Responsibilities include planning and supervising audits, researching GAAP/GAAS issues, coordinating services, mentoring staff, and supporting business development.

• 5+ years of audit and review experience with privately held and not-for-profit organizations.

• Applying technical knowledge of GAAP and GAAS to research and resolve accounting issues
• Coordinating services across client family groups to deliver exceptional client experiences
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supervising, training, and mentoring associates
• Participating in networking and business development activities
• Earning financial incentives for referrals and business growth

Background Required:

• 5+ years of audit and review experience with privately held and not-for-profit organizations
• ActiveCPA license
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
• Professionalism, integrity, and dedication to outstanding client service
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience with Knowledge Coach and Engagement software a plus
• Primarily local travel within the Phoenix metro area
