Job summary

gpac is representing a well known CPA firm in Boca Raton, FL, seeking an Audit Manager/Sr. Audit Manager to join an expanding team.

The ideal candidate holds an active Florida CPA, 8–10+ years in public accounting, and hands-on experience managing audits from planning through issuance. This role requires strong client service, staff supervision, and the ability to manage multiple engagements within budget while delivering high quality reports.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CPA
• 8-10+ years of public accounting assurance experience
• Proven high-volume engagement management experience
• Full-cycle audit experience from planning through issuance
• Willingness to remain hands-on and work in the trenches with the audit team
• Demonstrated business development, referral, networking, and client growth success
• CIRA/Common Interest Realty Association experience

Responsibilities

• Own audits/reviews from planning through final report issuance
• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact and manage open items
• Handle significant account testing, internal controls, and analytical review
• Communicate findings and recommendations directly to clients and management
• Supervise and review junior staff
• Manage multiple engagements while staying on schedule and within budget
