MBE CPAs in Wisconsin is seeking an Audit/ Assurance Manager to lead client relationships and oversee audits to ensure compliance with GAAP. You will analyze financial records, mentor staff, and identify solutions for accounting issues while strengthening the firm's links with clients.

This role emphasizes business development, training teammates, and providing recommendations for financial or tax needs. Onsite preferred, with flexibility for hybrid/remote for experienced candidates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of audit experience at a public accounting firm.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• CPA certification highly desired or ability to attain.
