Your Job

Koch is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Environmental, Health, and Safety Audit Manager for our diverse Koch Capabilities Compliance Audit and Advisory team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and conducting compliance audits and advisory activities across Koch businesses. You will help identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights to accelerate sustainable solutions. The role requires a balance of technical skills, manufacturing experience, tech-savviness, and creativity, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. The candidate should be comfortable challenging norms while grounded in environmental, health, and safety (EH&S) and risk management principles. This remote-based position does not have direct reports and requires proximity to a major airport. The base pay range is $115,000 - $135,000 with bonus opportunities.

What You Will Do

• Conduct EH&S compliance audits and advisory activities, prepare reports, and explain the importance behind observed opportunities.
• Create high-quality, accurate, concise, and timely audit reports.
• Coach and mentor personnel and leaders to support continuous improvement and internal capability building.
• Develop audit tools and improve compliance standards and controls.
• Bring innovative solutions to enhance audit processes and methodologies.
• Support transformational initiatives to increase stakeholder value.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience in environmental and health & safety compliance.
• Hands-on support of EH&S programs in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to clearly articulate complex EH&S concepts.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with emerging technologies for data analysis.
• Experience in training and coaching individuals.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international travel.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Audit experience.
• Familiarity with management systems and frameworks.
• Compliance certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM).
• Expertise in electrical safety, machine guarding, or OSHA process safety management.
• Ability to propose unconventional yet practical solutions.
• Experience with EH&S management software and tools.
