Your Job
Koch is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Environmental, Health, and Safety Audit Manager for our diverse Koch Capabilities Compliance Audit and Advisory team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and conducting compliance audits and advisory activities across Koch businesses. You will help identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights to accelerate sustainable solutions. The role requires a balance of technical skills, manufacturing experience, tech-savviness, and creativity, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. The candidate should be comfortable challenging norms while grounded in environmental, health, and safety (EH&S) and risk management principles. This remote-based position does not have direct reports and requires proximity to a major airport. The base pay range is $115,000 - $135,000 with bonus opportunities.
