The role requires 3+ years in a law firm setting or related experience, familiarity with ABA Paragraph 5, and proficiency in Intapp Open, Contract Express, and MS Office. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

3+ years of law firm experience or equivalent in legal support roles.
Experience supporting audit letter processes and related documentation.
Familiarity with ABA policy regarding lawyers' responses to auditors' requests for information.
Understanding of corporate law practice dynamics.

Responsibilities

Review audit letter requests for ABA guideline compliance and firm policy.
Review prior responses and related documents to identify disclosures or concerns.
Conduct polls and coordinate with attorneys regarding responses.
Draft audit letter responses and update letters for attorney review.
Prepare supporting documentation for audit letter responses for attorney review.
Coordinate with Audit Letter Response Committee to ensure compliance with requirements.
Assist with annual training and updating audit letter policies and procedures.
Ensure accurate entry of billable and non-billable time and review related entries.
Support monthly team reporting and special projects.
Perform other duties as assigned.
