Cooley LLP seeks an Audit Letter Analyst to join the Risk & Compliance team. Under supervision, you will respond to audit letter requests from attorneys and monitor timeliness and ABA compliance.

You will review past responses and documents, draft year-end letters, and present documentation for attorney review. The role requires 3+ years in a law firm and strong MS Office/iManage skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of law firm experience including conflicts, legal research, or paralegal support for audit letter processes.
• Familiarity with ABA guidelines paragraph 5 and corporate law practice understanding.
• Proficiency with MS Office, iManage, Intapp Open and Contract Express tools.

Responsibilities

• Review audit letter requests for ABA compliance and firm policies.
• Draft audit letter responses for year-end and update letters for attorney review.
• Maintain accurate time entries and assist with monthly reporting.
• Assist committee with training and policy updates.
• Coordinate with attorneys and partners to ensure timely, compliant responses.
