Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent required in a relevant field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree with two years of relevant experience considered.
• Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative analysis is an asset.
• Experience with audit, research, and policy development is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to planning and execution of annual workplan development exercises.
• Develops management dashboards, databases, and data collection tools.
• Supports audit and advisory services and prepares working papers.
• Drafts parts of audit reports and supporting analyses.
• Coordinates research, analysis, drafting, and evidence gathering.
• Facilitates communications/outreach, newsletters, web design, and event planning.
• Supports development and refinement of OAI online and printed materials.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
