Job summary

This role requires in-person attendance five days a week in the office or at client sites, with exposure to GAAP, data analytics, and professional communications. A CPA track and analytics coursework are preferred.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
• Above-average accounting knowledge demonstrated by college GPA; 3.0+ preferred.
• Working towards CPA exam eligibility after graduation.
• Preferred coursework in Data Analytics or Big Data.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client and firm associate requests in a timely, accurate, positive and professional manner.
• Gather information from clients to complete required documents.
• Use data analysis to discover useful information and patterns to support recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
• Perform audit, review, and compliance testing procedures per standards.
• Communicate with engagement leaders regarding open items and issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare or review financial statements and footnotes as needed.
