Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting.
• GPA of 3.2 or higher required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong commitment to client service and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of accounting and auditing standards/theory.
• Understand BT's Audit Approach and apply it to assigned sections.
• Document working papers clearly and adequately.
• Review data on assets, liabilities, equity, and expenditures for assigned sections.
• Perform analytical procedures on account balances and relate outcomes.
• Utilize current technology and software including Accounting Research Manager.
• Plan and perform audits to ensure GAAP-presented financial statements.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to provide quality client service.
• Participate in the Buddy mentoring program.
