Job summary

Crowe is offering an internship in its Audit and Assurance practice across the United States, including the Chicago headquarters, with offices nationwide. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to auditing, work with experienced professionals, and learn how data analytics and process automation support client service.

The program emphasizes collaboration, leadership development, and ethical standards, with guidance from a Career Coach and opportunities to engage with various industries.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s in Accounting or similar degree.
• CPA Eligibility: must meet educational requirements to obtain a CPA license in the assigned location.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Proficient with Excel.
• Experience with data analytics is strongly desired.
• Relevant work experience (e.g. internships, summer positions, school jobs).
• Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments; team oriented; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Audit client financials, transactions and internal control processes.
• Work independently and collaborate with a diverse group of audit professionals to deliver service.
• Use audit tools with advanced analytics, data visualizations and process flow automation.
• Contribute to exceptional client service delivery across engagements.
• Engage on engagements across industries including manufacturing, not-for-profit, healthcare, education, etc.
