• Before starting full-time, eligible to sit for CPA exam in intended state of employment.
• Client service internships are entry-level; typically third year of a 4-year or fourth year of a 5-year program.

Responsibilities

• Support audit teams in conducting financial statement audits and gaining exposure to auditing methodologies.
• Participate in review and verification of financial documents to uphold transparency and compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist in analysis and interpretation of financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
• Engage in documentation of audit processes and findings to maintain organized records.
• Learn and apply GAAP and GAAS in audit tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to monitor and analyze financial trends and assess risk factors.
• Contribute to evaluating internal controls and identifying areas for improvement.
• Utilize data analysis to support the audit process and enhance financial reporting quality.
• Observe and learn from experienced auditors to develop foundational audit practices and client interactions.
