Cherry Bekaert offers an Audit Intern position that provides insight into the public accounting field and a solid foundation for your career. You will work for multiple supervisors on various client engagements and apply accounting knowledge using firm technology.

You will shadow Audit professionals, participate in team-building activities, and contribute to a marketing or research project, while attending social functions and gaining valuable exposure to the profession.

Qualificações

• Enrolled in an accredited accounting or related program, two years from graduation.
• GPA 3.0/4.0 or higher preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed, including frequent same-day travel.

Responsabilidades

• Gain insight into the public accounting profession and build a foundation for your career.
• Work for multiple supervisors on a variety of client engagements.
• Apply accounting knowledge while performing client work using Firm technology.
• Shadow Audit professionals of all levels.
• Participate in team building and training initiatives.
• Participate in and present on a marketing or research project.
• Attend social functions: happy hours, lunches, community service projects and other outings.
