Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Must meet educational requirements to sit for CPA exam in intended state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Support audit teams in conducting financial statement audits and learn auditing methodologies.
• Review and verify financial documents to ensure transparency and compliance with accounting standards.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Document audit processes and findings to maintain organized records.
• Learn GAAP and GAAS in day-to-day audit tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to monitor financial trends and assess risks.
• Assist in evaluating internal controls and identifying improvement areas.
• Apply data analysis to support audit processes and improve financial reporting quality.
• Observe senior auditors to build foundational audit practices and client interaction skills.
