Job summary

Weaver is seeking Audit Interns for Spring 2028 in Austin, Texas. Interns will support client engagements during peak season and gain practical knowledge while building lasting connections with fellow interns, Weaver Leaders, and the team.

Interns will receive formal and on-the-job training, perform hands-on client work at Weaver or client sites, and gain exposure to multiple clients and audit areas. Overtime and travel to client sites may be expected.

Qualifications

• Working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field with the goal to obtain the credit hours necessary to become a CPA.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Positive attitude and a growth mindset
• Overtime may be expected

Responsibilities

• Participate in training, both formal and on-the-job, throughout the duration of your internship.
• Hands-on client work, either from the Weaver office or the client’s office
• Exposure to multiple clients as well as multiple different sections of the audit throughout the internship
