Job summary

Weaver is seeking Spring 2028 Audit Interns to play an integral role on client engagements during peak season. Interns gain extensive practical knowledge and build lasting connections with peers, Weaver Leaders, and professionals across the firm.

The internship offers formal and on-the-job training, hands-on client work at office locations or client sites, and exposure to multiple clients and audit areas while fostering a warm, inclusive culture. Compensation is hourly and location-based.

Qualifications

• Working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field with the goal to obtain the credit hours necessary to become a CPA.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Positive attitude and a growth mindset.
• Overtime may be expected.

Responsibilities

• Training, both formal and on-the-job, throughout the duration of your internship.
• Hands-on client work, either from the Weaver office or the client’s office.
• Exposure to multiple clients as well as multiple different sections of the audit throughout the internship.
