Winter or summer internships are available, with flexible part-time or full-time arrangements depending on local needs. Engagements cover various industries and involve audit testing, reconciling accounts, and drafting comments.

Qualifications

• Solid technical accounting knowledge.
• Effective time management.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work well with a team as well as independently.
• Problem-solving attitude.
• Willingness to take initiative.
• Close attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
• Intern candidates must be working toward CPA Exam eligibility; Satisfactory academic performance in major-related coursework is expected.

Responsibilities

• Completing audit testing on financial statement accounts such as cash, accounts payable, or fixed assets.
• Working with client personnel to reconcile account differences and analyze financial data.
• Helping to draft management letter comments and the audit report.
• Participating in client meetings alongside Forvis Mazars partners and managers
