Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA overall.
• Must meet educational requirements to sit for the CPA exam in intended state of employment.
• Intern position is entry-level and suited for students in third year of a four-year degree or fourth year of a five-year program.

Responsibilities

• Support audit teams in conducting financial statement audits and applying auditing methodologies.
• Assist in reviewing and verifying financial documents for transparency and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Document audit processes and findings for consistent records.
• Learn and apply GAAP and GAAS in audit tasks.
• Collaborate with team to monitor financial trends and assess risks.
• Assist in evaluating internal controls and suggesting improvements.
• Utilize data analysis to support the audit process and financial reporting quality.
• Observe experienced auditors to understand client interactions and audit practices.
