Job summary

PwC is seeking an Audit Intern in the United States to gain hands-on experience in financial statement audits and client support. You will work with Assurance teams, applying PwC methodologies and learning GAAP/GAAS in real-world tasks.

Ideal candidates are pursuing or have completed an Accounting degree, maintain at least a 3.0 GPA, and plan to sit for the CPA exam in their intended state. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 3.0 overall GPA.
• Eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state.
• Intern roles are entry-level; typically third year or fourth year of study.

Responsibilities

• Support audit teams in conducting financial statement audits and applying methodologies.
• Review and verify financial documents to ensure transparency and compliance.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and aid decision-making.
• Document audit processes and findings for organized records.
• Learn GAAP and GAAS in audit tasks and apply them to assignments.
