EXL Health is seeking an Audit Coordinator - Inbound/Outbound Calls Representative to join our Post-Audit Team. This fully remote role lets you contribute from anywhere in the U.S.

You will serve as a key contact for providers, coordinating communications and guiding them through processes. In this role you will handle inbound and outbound calls, address provider inquiries, resolve issues, and help improve overall provider experience.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with providers to gather information and resolve questions.
