Job summary

Goldbelt seeks a Management Analyst 2 in Washington, DC, within the Office of the Comptroller, CA/C/ODD, to support financial audits and control activities. The role reports to the Deputy Division Chief and collaborates with GAO and auditor teams.

The position requires U.S. citizenship, a valid passport, and a SECRET clearance, with 9–10 years of related experience. Expect coordination across offices, SharePoint/Teams maintenance, and SOP development to strengthen internal controls.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with a valid U.S. passport and possess or obtain/maintain a minimum SECRET clearance.
• Minimum 9–10 years of related experience.
• Experience coordinating audits or GAO engagements is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of federal financial management, FMFIA, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate management audits and GAO engagements with offices across the Bureau.
• Liaise with CGFS A-123 and GAO teams and external auditors on financial matters.
• Coordinate domestic Management Controls processes including risk assessments and control testing.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings with auditors and stakeholders.
• Inform CA Comptroller and ODD Division Chief on status of controls and risks.
• Maintain SharePoint and Teams sites for Audit Coordination and Management Controls.
• Develop and update SOPs, trackers, and training for programs.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven insights.
• Provide guidance and training to lower-level staff on audit coordination and controls.
• Keep abreast of best practices in financial audits and enterprise risk management.
