Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced leader to head the Business Intelligence team, delivering enterprise reporting, dashboards, and analytics across Internal Audit. You will define BI strategy, partner with senior leadership on executive reporting, and elevate data-driven decision-making through governance and standardization.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Big Tech experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced expertise in Power BI, Tableau, Qlik.
• Strong SQL proficiency for data validation and reporting.
• Experience using Python, Alteryx, Power Query or similar tools.
• Experience implementing enterprise reporting governance and data quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Business Intelligence Analysts delivering enterprise reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and insights.
• Define and execute the BI strategy supporting Internal Audit objectives and transformation initiatives.
• Partner with senior audit leadership to develop executive reporting, KPIs, and KRIs.
• Oversee design, development, and maintenance of dashboards for audit planning, risk assessment, and issue management.
• Establish reporting standards, visualization best practices, and governance processes.
• Drive automation and modernization of reporting processes.
