Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA or 150 credit hours for CPA eligibility.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with a public accounting firm.

Responsibilities

• Supervise audit, review, and compilation procedures including testing of controls and substantive testing.
• Develop risk-based audit plans tailored to client risks and objectives.
• Train and mentor staff to ensure high-quality work and professional growth.
• Lead multiple audit engagements from planning to completion, on time and within budget.
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Assist in business development activities and proposals.
