Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CPA or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam is preferred.
• 2 years of public accounting audit experience required; focus on financial statements, audits, reviews, compilations.
• Prior experience with a public accounting or professional services firm is preferred.
• Ability to travel to client sites, with infrequent overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of audit engagements from start to finish.
• Manage budgets and planning for engagements.
• Direct staff and complete financial statements and disclosures.
• Review client accounting procedures and internal controls.
• Communicate technical matters clearly with staff, management, and clients.
