Qualifications

• 4+ years of audit experience at a public accounting firm.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• CPA certification highly desired or ability to attain.
• Willing to work onsite preferred; hybrid/remote considered for experienced talent.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client financial records to identify potential accounting issues and research solutions.
• Train, mentor and manage team members in audit processes.
• Build and strengthen client relationships while demonstrating knowledge of clients' businesses.
• Communicate with clients as requested; provide recommendations for financial or tax needs.
