MBE CPAs is seeking an Audit / Assurance Manager to lead client relationships and supervise audit engagements focused on GAAP compliance. You will analyze financial records, mentor staff, and develop strong client partnerships across industries.

Role offers onsite, hybrid, or remote work options, relocation support, and comprehensive benefits. A CPA is preferred or attainable, with growth opportunities across Wisconsin offices.

Formación

• 3+ years of audit experience at a public accounting firm.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
• CPA certification highly desired or ability to attain.

Responsabilidades

• Manage client relationships while auditing financial records for GAAP compliance.
• Train, mentor and manage team members in audit processes.
• Build and strengthen client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of clients' businesses.
• Communicate with clients and provide recommendations for financial or tax needs.
