During your time at LGA, you will:

Responsibilities and Skills:

• Has a strong interest in public accounting and working towards developing an awareness in the A&A arena to plan and perform accounting services, audit, review, and compilation engagements in a number of different industries (i.e., employee benefit plans, non‑profit organizations, small & medium sized for‑profit businesses)
• Exude intellectual curiosity; display strong analytical and attention to detail skills
• Demonstrate the ability to interact and communicate confidently and concisely with various levels of firm management in both written and verbal form
• Be self‑motivated and energic with the ability to work independently within a collaborative team environment
• Produce high quality work which adheres to the relevant professional standards, with direct instruction
• Be adept at utilizing various A&A software as well as Adobe, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Demonstrates urgency in completing assigned tasks, including timely follow‑up of review notes and revisions
• Demonstrate a willingness to ask appropriate questions when necessary
• Demonstrate an ability to balance multiple tasks with effective time management skills
• Eagerness to contribute to a fast‑growing, team environment
• Able to work on‑site for 32 hours per week (Monday‑Thursday)

Education and Experience:

• Currently enrolled in Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related concentration
