Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Understanding of audit standards and ability to adapt to changes
• Proficiency in learning and utilizing audit-related software and tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Accurate mathematical and accounting skills
• Ability to follow firm procedures and deliver high-quality work
• Full-time commitment and flexibility to work beyond regular hours to meet team deadlines

Responsibilities

• Assist with assigned assurance procedures, including audits, reviews, compilations, and agreed-upon procedures
• Reconcile workpapers to trial balance and maintain organized documentation
• Learn GAAP, GAAS, and other reporting frameworks
• Assist in determining testing scope and sample selection
• Support draft financial statements and flag potential issues
• Manage tasks with supervision to meet deadlines
• Communicate progress and participate in team meetings
• Develop understanding of client industries and audit considerations
• Participate in training and firm events to build skills
• Perform other duties as assigned
