Work You’ll Do

As an Analyst in ourDeloitte Audit & Assurance’s Securitization practice, you will performagreed upon procedures related to the full lifecycle of a structured producttransaction of certain Mortgaged-Backed Assets (MBS), Asset-Backed Securities(ABS), Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS), ResidentialMortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS) and Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO).Our clients include primary broker dealersand originators in the fixed-income industry.

Specific areas of work couldinclude:

  • Performloan file review, analytics, and evaluation of the underlying assets in asecuritization transaction
  • Reviewand assess transaction offering documents
  • Performpost-closing compliance testing and independently evaluate findings
  • Strategizewith clients, attorneys and other professionals within the organization andthe fixed-income industry

Regardlessof project type, your work will require:

  • Proficiencyin verbal and written communication skills essential to interacting withclients and teams
  • Ability towork independently and manage multiple projects/assignments/ responsibilitiesin a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bacheloror Master’s degrees in the following majors will be considered:
    • Accounting, Business Administration, Finance,Economics, Statistics, Financial Engineering, or Quantitative Finance
  • Limitedimmigration sponsorship may be available
  • Strongacademic record, cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Youshould reside within a commutable distance of your assigned office with theability to commute daily, if required, without the need for overnightaccommodations
