As an Analyst in ourDeloitte Audit & Assurance’s Securitization practice, you will performagreed upon procedures related to the full lifecycle of a structured producttransaction of certain Mortgaged-Backed Assets (MBS), Asset-Backed Securities(ABS), Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS), ResidentialMortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS) and Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO).Our clients include primary broker dealersand originators in the fixed-income industry. • Bacheloror Master’s degrees in the following majors will be considered:
