Job summary

Forvis Mazars, LLP is seeking an accounting student for a full-time Audit opportunity. You will apply critical thinking to client problems and build professional relationships while developing technical skills across diverse industries.

Begin in audit or tax, with coaching from experienced staff. As you grow, you’ll take on more responsibility, work with client personnel, and contribute to audit testing, data analysis, and reporting deliverables in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Associate positions require a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting.
• Associate candidates must be pursuing the education requirements to be a licensed CPA in the state where the office is located.

Responsibilities

• Completing audit testing on financial statement accounts such as cash, accounts payable, or fixed assets.
• Working with client personnel to reconcile account differences and analyze financial data.
• Helping to draft management letter comments and the audit report.
• Participating in client meetings alongside Forvis Mazars partners and managers
