Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• GPA 3.0 minimum
• Eligible to sit for CPA exam by start date
• Solid accounting knowledge and strong communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Reliable transportation to office and ability to attend off-site meetings in person
• Internships in a public accounting firm preferred

Responsibilities

• Complete audit testing on financial statement accounts such as cash, accounts payable, or fixed assets
• Collaborate with client staff to reconcile differences and analyze financial data
• Assist in drafting management letter comments and audit report
• Attend client meetings with Forvis Mazars partners and managers
