We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Audit Associate to join our client's audit team. This role will assist in the execution of financial audits, help assess internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, a foundational understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing audit engagements for various clients
• Analyze financial statements and accounting records for accuracy and compliance
• Identify and communicate audit issues to senior staff and management
• Perform audit testing procedures and document findings in work papers
• Support the evaluation of internal controls and risk assessments
• Stay current on industry developments and accounting standards
• Develop positive working relationships with clients and team members
• Prepare reports and audit documentation in compliance with firm standards
