RAND & CASEY, P.C. is seeking an experienced audit staff to join our small in-office CPA firm in Atlanta. You will collaborate with a supportive team on audits, reviews, and compilations for small business clients.

We offer a flexible, self-managed schedule and a family-friendly environment focused on work-life balance and professional growth. This role is in-person at our Atlanta office.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• 1+ years of public accounting experience.
• Experience with audits and reviews.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• CPA or CPA candidate is a plus, but not required.

Mansioni

• Assist with audit, review, compilation & preparation engagements.
• Prepare financial statements and supporting workpapers.
• Prepare business and individual tax returns (tax experience not required).
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation.
