Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of accounting or public accounting experience, preferably with audit exposure.
• CPA eligibility or progress toward CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with audits, reviews, and compilations for privately held businesses and organizations.
• Prepare and organize workpapers in accordance with professional standards.
• Perform audit testing, reconciliations, and analytical procedures.
• Obtain, organize, and analyze financial information from clients.
• Support internal control evaluations and risk assessments.
• Communicate professionally with clients to gather information and resolve questions.
• Contribute to the development of financial reports and support documentation.
• Learn current accounting, auditing, and financial reporting standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure engagement success and timely completion.
