Job summary

Reston Ear, Nose, & Throat, an affiliate of SENTA Partners, is seeking an Audiology Technician to support audiologists in hearing evaluations and patient care at our Reston clinic.

The role involves conducting tests, preparing patients, maintaining equipment, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient clinic operations. High school diploma or GED required; CMA certification preferred; experience with audiology tests is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• Certified Medical Assistant credential preferred.
• Experience conducting hearing tests or assisting audiologists is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hearing tests and assessments under the supervision of an audiologist.
• Prepare patients for evaluations and ensure comfort during procedures.
• Perform tympanometry, OAEs, and other diagnostic tests as needed.
• Assist in fitting, maintenance, and repair of hearing aids and devices.
• Maintain and calibrate audiometric equipment to ensure accuracy.
• Record patient information and manage patient files and flow.
