Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Audiology, Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences, or related field preferred.
• Three or more years of customer service or patient-facing experience.
• Experience working with pediatric or special needs populations preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to patients with hearing aids, assistive listening devices, and Bluetooth connectivity.
• Assist with same-day clinic visits, ensuring efficient and high-quality patient care.
• Manage inventory, ordering, shipping, and tracking of hearing devices and supplies.
• Coordinate with audiologists and lab staff to ensure clinic readiness.
• Maintain accurate records in electronic systems such as TIMS.
• Travel to satellite clinics as needed to support patient care delivery.
