• Licenses/Certifications: Current BLS Provider Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under indirect supervision from an Audiologist, including patient preparation, interviewing patients, pediatric hearing test assistance, industrial hearing tests, hearing screening, and hearing aid check appointments.
• Lead support and counseling activities related to hearing devices and patient care.
• Complete paperwork related to patient medical device ordering, repairs and contracts.
• Verify devices are ready for patient appointments and troubleshoot assistive hearing devices.
