Job summary

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • On-the-job training and practicum experience approved by leader and Audiologist(s) is required.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet patients.
  • Answer telephones and schedule appointments.
  • Obtain check-in patient information.
  • Assist patients with purchasing hearing aid accessories.
  • Receive/distribute incoming/outgoing hearing aids for repair.
  • Assist the Audiologist in clinical activities as requested.
