Job summary

Charlotte Eye Ear Nose & Throat Associates, P.A. (CEENTA) seeks a skilled Audiologist to join a fast-paced, collaborative team dedicated to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include comprehensive audiological evaluations, fitting and maintaining amplification devices, and collaborating with ENT providers. NC-licensed audiologists with ASHA preferred are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Audiology or Au.D. preferred.
• Active NC Audiology license.
• ASHA certification preferred.

Job description

PENTA is seeking a skilled and compassionate Audiologist who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is motivated, clinically strong, and committed to exceptional patient-centered care.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive audiological evaluations including audiometric testing, tympanometry, acoustic reflex testing, and otoacoustic emissions
• Provide hearing rehabilitation services and counseling
• Recommend, fit, and maintain amplification devices and assistive listening technologies
• Manage programming, troubleshooting, and repair of hearing devices
• Provide care across all age ranges
• Facilitate referrals to ENT providers and specialty services

Documentation & Collaboration

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams
• Build relationships with referral sources

Manage scheduled appointments including diagnostic testing and rehabilitation services, update records, and collaborate with care teams.

Work Environment & Expectations

• Onsite, Full-time, Monday–Friday 8am-5pm

Qualifications

Education / Licensure & Certifications

• Master’s degree in Audiology or Au.D. preferred
• Active Audiology license in NC
• ASHA certification highly preferred

Experience

• Required clinical experience for obtaining Masters in Audiology or Au.D
