Summary of Job Duties: The Audiologist will conduct care, evaluation, and treatment for hearing and balance issues, using advanced technology. Responsibilities include diagnosing ear and hearing pathologies and providing treatment options.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.)
  • Arkansas State license in Audiology, Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-A)
  • Current BLS certification or must obtain within 30 days of employment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a hospital or Otolaryngology setting
  • Experience working with adult patients
  • Cochlear Implant experience

Additional Responsibilities include conducting balance evaluations, diagnostic hearing assessments, cochlear implant candidacy evaluations, hearing rehabilitation planning, device troubleshooting, patient education, safety compliance, inventory management, and professional development activities.

Salary is commensurate with education and experience.

Required documents: License or Certificate, three professional references, resume.

Optional documents: Proof of Veteran Status.
