Job summary

MIYO Health is seeking a Part-Time School-Based Audiologist to provide in-person audiology services to a small caseload of students across Nevis, WHA, and Park Rapids districts in Minnesota. The role is approximately 10 hours per month with flexible scheduling to fit student and district needs.

The ideal candidate holds a Doctoral or Master’s degree in Audiology and Minnesota licensure or eligibility, with experience in educational settings, strong communication, and travel across districts as

• Current Minnesota Audiologist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience working with children and/or in educational settings preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel between the participating Minnesota school districts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide audiological services, consultation, and support for students with hearing needs.
• Collaborate with educational teams, families, and other service providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations as needed.
• Complete required documentation and reports.

MIYO Health is seeking an Audiologist to provide in-person services to a small caseload of students across school districts in the Nevis, Walker-Hackensack-Akeley (WHA), and Park Rapids, Minnesota areas.

This is a very part-time opportunity, estimated at approximately 10 hours per month, making it a great fit for an Audiologist looking to supplement an existing schedule while supporting students in a school-based setting.

Position Details

• Approximately 10 hours per month


• In-person services in Nevis, WHA, and Park Rapids


• Small student caseload


• Flexible scheduling based on student and district needs


• Provide audiological services, consultation, and support for students with hearing needs


• Collaborate with educational teams, families, and other service providers


• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations as needed


• Complete required documentation and reports
