This full-time role offers Monday–Friday daytime hours, autonomy to shape the direction of the practice, and the chance to develop new programs and services while working with an experienced owner and supportive staff.

Qualifications

• Seeking a provider with clinical autonomy and a voice in practice direction.
• Based in York, PA with occasional coverage in Shrewsbury.
• Experience in diagnostic testing, patient counseling, and hearing aid fittings is preferred.

• Perform routine diagnostic testing.

Hearing Healthcare Recruiters is proud to present an exciting opportunity for a Hearing Healthcare Provider to join a well-established private practice serving patients throughout the York, Shrewsbury, and Gettysburg, PA communities.

This is more than simply stepping into an existing caseload. The practice is looking for a provider who wants clinical autonomy, a voice in the direction of the practice, and the opportunity to develop programs and services they are passionate about.

The practice has been serving the community since the 1970s and has grown from a single location into a three-office operation with a strong referral network and a well-established patient base.

Position Overview:

• Full-time, Monday-Friday, Professional daytime hours
• Primarily based in York, PA, with occasional coveragein Shrewsbury
• Strong support from an experienced owner and established support staff
• Opportunity to have a voice in how the practice operates
• Encouragement to develop and spearhead new programs
• Potential to expand services in areas such as Auditory Processing Disordersand tinnitus
• Current patient care will primarily involve:
  • Routine diagnostic testing
  • Patient counseling and care
  • Hearing aid fittings and follow-up
• Very limited pediatric caseload, with most pediatric patients being 6+ years old
• Established referral relationships and diversified revenue streams
