Job summary

ENT & Allergy Specialists of Virginia in Ashburn, Virginia, is seeking a skilled Audiologist to join our multidisciplinary ENT team. You will perform diagnostic and rehabilitative hearing/ balance care for patients of all ages, collaborating with board-certified otolaryngologists and staff to deliver exceptional care.

The role emphasizes comprehensive assessments, fitting and verification of devices, and patient counseling within a modern, patient-centered clinic.

Qualifications

  • Au.D. or Master’s in Audiology required.
  • Current Virginia Audiology License or eligibility to obtain prior to start date.
  • Clinical experience in an ENT or medical practice setting preferred.
  • Proficiency with hearing aid fitting software and diagnostic equipment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations including pure-tone and speech audiometry, tympanometry, OAEs, and ABR testing.
  • Interpret diagnostic results and communicate findings clearly to patients and physicians.
  • Collaborate with ENT specialists to create individualized treatment plans.
  • Fit, program, and verify hearing aids and assistive listening devices following best practices and evidence-based protocols.
  • Counsel patients and families on hearing health, communication strategies, and device care.
  • Manage follow-up appointments, device troubleshooting, and ongoing patient support.
  • Maintain thorough, compliant clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

About The Role

Our busy, patient-focused ENT clinic in Ashburn, Virginia is seeking a skilled and compassionate Audiologist to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our board-certified otolaryngologists and clinical staff to deliver comprehensive hearing and balance care to patients of all ages.

You’ll have the opportunity to perform a wide range of diagnostic and rehabilitative services in a collaborative environment that values clinical excellence, innovation, and genuine patient connection.

Key Responsibilities
