Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates is seeking a licensed Audiologist to join its growing team. This role focuses on diagnostic testing, hearing aid evaluations, fittings, programming, follow-up care, and patient counseling within close collaboration with ENT physicians.

The Audiologist will work across the clinical scope, performing ear impressions, hearing aid management, and delivering an exceptional patient experience while maintaining accurate documentation and coordinating with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Audiology required; Au.D. preferred.
• Licensed to dispense hearing aids where required; active license.
• Clinical focus on diagnostic testing, fittings and patient counseling.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive audiologic evaluations and diagnostic testing.
• Counsel patients and families regarding hearing loss, treatment options, and hearing healthcare solutions.
• Recommend, fit, program, and adjust hearing aids based on patient needs.
• Take ear impressions and coordinate earmold and hearing aid orders.
• Provide hearing aid follow-up care, troubleshooting, adjustments, and ongoing patient support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate with ENT physicians and clinical team to deliver coordinated care.
• Manage an organized daily schedule while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Position Overview
