Job summary

St. Joseph's Health seeks an Audiologist to provide comprehensive diagnostic, rehabilitative, and counseling services for both pediatric and adult patients with hearing and balance concerns. Responsibilities include CI/bone conduction device management, newborn testing, and family-centered counseling in a collaborative care setting.

The role involves coordination with ENT, SLPs, TODs, and other clinicians to ensure high-quality, integrated patient care. Licensure and Au.D.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D.) required.
• Active state licensure as an Audiologist (or eligibility) required.
• Successful completion of supervised clinical practicum and fellowship per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic audiologic evaluations for pediatric and adult patients.
• Conduct pediatric diagnostic evaluations (newborn ABR/ASSR, VRA, CPA).
• Provide patient and family counseling on hearing loss, options, and amplification.
• Manage cochlear implants and bone conduction devices from candidacy through long-term follow-up.
• Coordinate implant equipment and logistics with interdisciplinary care teams.
