An established industry player is seeking a skilled Audiologist to provide diagnostic evaluations and rehabilitation recommendations for hearing-impaired patients. Job Summary:
Provide diagnostic evaluations of the auditory and vestibular systems and aid in assessing the neurological status of adults and children. Provide direction, counseling, and recommendations regarding the rehabilitation of hearing impaired patients. Determine whether severely hearing impaired patients are candidates for cochlear implant surgery. Upholds Kaiser Permanentes Policies and Procedures, Principles of Responsibilities and applicable state, federal and local laws.

Education:
+ Masters or Doctorate degree in Audiology required.
License, Certification, Registration:
+ Audiologist License (California)
+ Basic Life Support required at hire
+ National Provider Identifier required at hire
Preferred Qualifications:
+ One (1) year of experience as an Audiologist preferred.
Notes:
+ Will be required to make a work commitment of twelve (12) eight (8) hour scheduled shifts per quarter.
